DMCA Policy

- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement by you that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that content you posted on our Site was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a counter-notification with us. To do so, you must provide our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (refer to 17 U.S.C. 512(g)(3) for further detail):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL(s)) at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which "Vermã¶Gen Von Dieter Bohlen" may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of alleged infringement.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notification. If the complaining party does not file an action seeking a court order against the content provider within 10 to 14 business days after receipt of the counter-notification, the removed content may be restored.
